What You’ll Actually Be Doing Chairside assisting with the doctor Supporting smooth clinical flow throughout the day Taking radiographs, photos, and iTero digital scans Preparing thoroughly for each patient before they arrive Maintaining clean, organized operatories Sterilization and instrument management Creating accurate electronic lab prescriptions Supporting same-day treatment discussions Writing detailed, accurate clinical notes Anticipating what your doctor, patients, and teammates need Taking ownership of your role and continuously looking for ways to make our clinical team better The Good-to-Know Stuff 4-day work week Dental experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required Customer service experience required Dentrix experience is a plus Pay based on experience Office hours listed at smilelakeanna.com Final Vibe Check We’re not looking for perfect.
