Front Desk Representative – Rossville Office About Us Sunrise Dental Care is a patient-focused practice dedicated to providing excellent care in a welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our Rossville team. Position Overview The Front Desk Representative is often the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive patient experience from the moment they walk in the door or call our office. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out, ensuring all forms and information are accurate Handle patient questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency Manage patient records, billing, and insurance information as needed Communicate with patients regarding late arrivals or rescheduling Keep a full and healthy hygiene schedule Support team members and ensure smooth daily office operations Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) Previous dental office or healthcare front desk experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional and friendly communication style Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Incentive opportunities after 90 days Retirement options with company matching after 1 year Schedule Full-time position at our Rossville, GA office.
