We are looking for an outgoing, dependable, and organized Front Desk Team Member to join our fast-paced pediatric dental office! What you’ll be doing: Patient check-in Answering and managing phone calls Managing scheduled appointments Verifying dental insurance Maintaining patient charts Working with Dentrix Ascend Software Communicating with parents and patients in a professional and welcoming manner Daily administrative tasks What we’re looking for: Previous dental/front desk experience is preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional attitude Reliable and dependable Comfortable learning new software and office procedures Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus Attention to detail Pay: $18–$22/hour to start, based on experience.
