$500 Sign-On Bonus Beacon Dental Center in Brookline, MA is seeking a reliable, motivated Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a modern general dental practice providing restorative and cosmetic dentistry, root canals, Invisalign, extractions, and implants. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AMâ5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AMâ4:00 PM Morning team meeting begins 15 minutes before patient care. Responsibilities Chairside assisting for general and surgical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Sterilization and infection control Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and intraoral scans Provide pre- and post-operative instructions Maintain accurate clinical records Help keep the clinical team organized and on schedule Deliver excellent patient care Qualifications 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred Active MA dental assisting license Radiology certification Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Strong communication skills Willingness to learn and grow Commitment to high-quality patient care Benefits $500 sign-on bonus Health insurance with employer contribution 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Dental benefits Bonus opportunities Free off-street parking If you are looking for a long-term position in a supportive, patient-focused practice, we would like to hear from you.
