Job Summary We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Dental Hygienist to join our team! Our ideal hygienist enjoys building relationships with patients, providing excellent care, and helping create a positive dental experience. You’ll provide preventive care, patient education, and clinical assessments while working alongside a supportive team that values collaboration and exceptional patient care. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, communicates well, and takes pride in making patients feel comfortable and cared for. Duties Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Conduct patient assessments by taking vital signs, medical histories, and reviewing dental records to ensure accurate treatment planning. Capture high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) using digital imaging equipment while adhering to safety standards. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to foster lifelong healthy habits. Assist with chairside procedures such as applying fluoride treatments or sealants during dental visits. Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) accurately, including documentation review and medical coding for billing purposes. Maintain infection prevention standards by following aseptic techniques, sterilizing equipment, and managing healthcare infection control protocols in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support the dental team with general office duties, including scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Join us in delivering outstanding dental care that transforms smiles!
