Dental Assistant Duties Include but not limited to: Set up, tear down, and disinfect dental operatories. Assist with sterilization and restocking of dental supplies, instruments, etc. Greet and seat patients and update patient medical histories. Take dental x-rays and assist dentist with notes and charting. Directly assist the dentist during procedures, while maintaining aseptic technique and abiding by HIPAA standards.
