The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care while maintaining compliance with all OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities Assist the doctor chair-side during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care Take diagnostic radiographs Update treatment plans and accurately document clinical notes Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day Track and manage laboratory cases Educate patients regarding treatment and oral health recommendations Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current Dental Radiology Certification Current BLS/CPR Certification Minimum one (1) year of dental assisting experience required Dentrix Ascend experience preferred but not required Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Hourly pay: Starting $17 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Monthly performance bonus opportunities We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome qualified candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive team environment.
