Location: Cleveland Heights Schedule: Full-Time | Monday thru Friday (Day Shifts | No Evenings) About the Role We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and highly organized Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. If you bring exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a warm, enthusiastic demeanor to every patient interaction, we would love to have you join our team. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet patients upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently. Handle high-volume incoming phone calls with a professional, friendly tone and excellent phone etiquette. Accurately manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and practice management software data entry. Maintain organized electronic patient records and assist with front-office administrative operations. Qualifications & Experience Dental Office Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a dental office. Technical Skills: Fast, accurate data entry skills; proficient with dental practice management software. Communication: Outstanding verbal communication skills with a natural flair for great phone interactions and customer service. Key Traits: Highly reliable, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and punctual.
