Pediatric Dental Receptionist-Dental Experience or Spanish - Super Tooth Pediatric Dentistry - Norristown, PA

Pay: $20–$26 per hour, based on experience Super Tooth Pediatric Dentistry is growing! We are hiring two full-time front-desk team members for our East Norriton office. We are considering candidates who fit either of these profiles: Experienced dental receptionist: Substantial dental-office experience with scheduling, insurance verification, payments, treatment plans, patient accounts, and dental software. Spanish is helpful but not required. Bilingual receptionist: Fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable conducting complete conversations with parents by phone and in person. Prior dental experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right person with a stable work history, strong initiative, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist parents professionally Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule Greet families and complete patient check-in and checkout Verify insurance benefits and explain basic coverage Collect copays, balances, and other payments Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Help anxious children and parents feel comfortable Communicate effectively with the clinical team Notice what needs attention and take initiative during busy periods What We’re Looking For Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Stable employment history Warm, professional communication Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a busy pediatric office Able to accept feedback and learn new systems Reliable transportation to East Norriton Interested in a long-term position Available to work four to five weekdays Able to participate in a paid working interview during patient hours Why Join Super Tooth?
