Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Las Vegas, NV
We are a private dental office looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who can step in confidently and contribute to a fast-paced clinical environment. This position is for someone who is efficient, dependable, and able to assist without training. Compensation: Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities include: Assisting the doctor during a variety of procedures (restorative, extractions, etc.) Taking dental X-rays Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms efficiently Maintaining proper sterilization and infection control protocols Keeping the doctor on schedule and ensuring smooth patient flow Qualifications (Required): Dental assisting experience is required (must be able to assist independently) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong clinical knowledge and organization Ability to multitask and stay ahead during procedures Preferred (not required): Bilingual Experience with Open Dental or similar software Schedule: Must be available to work weekends Work Location: In-person, single location Application Process: Qualified candidates will be invited to a group interview , followed by a hands-on skills evaluation .
