We're looking for a long-term chairside dental assistant who wants to grow with a practice that will invest in them - not just fill a seat. What You'll Do Assist Dr. Gupta chairside Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instrument setups Take digital radiographs Support patient comfort and communication throughout treatment Maintain sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance Collaborate closely with our front office team for a seamless patient experience What We're Looking for Required : X-ray certification (PA) or willingness to obtain it Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude Genuine passion for patient care and clinical excellence Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate the doctor's needs Strongly Preferred: Prior dental assisting experience Proficiency in dental terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures, including dental x-ray techniques Experience with modern dental equipment such as 3D scanners, intraoral cameras, and other diagnostic tools Strong understanding of infection control, healthcare infection prevention policies, and dental sterilization procedures Ability to perform chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry techniques in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive pay, commensurate with experience Sign-on bonus (paid in two installments, at 90 days and 6 months) On-the-job training and continuing education support 401(k) with matching Health insurance Paid time off Employee discount Wellness program A specialty practice environment with real clinical variety — including opportunities to grow in airway and implant dentistry This Role Is Right for You If… You want more than a job — you want a place to build real clinical skill alongside a skilled, patient-focused dentist, in a practice that treats its team as well as it treats its patients.
