Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Las Vegas Orthodontic Office | Las Vegas, NV A growing Las Vegas orthodontic office is seeking an exceptional Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to guide new patients and families from their first visit through the decision to begin treatment. This is a highly relational role. The right person will be warm, confident, organized, professional, and comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and financial options. You should genuinely enjoy connecting with people and helping patients feel confident moving forward with orthodontic care. Responsibilities Create an exceptional new-patient experience from beginning to end. Build rapport with patients and parents and help them feel comfortable and informed. Coordinate and confirm new-patient examinations. Follow up with missed appointments and patients who do not begin treatment at their initial exam. Work closely with the orthodontist during new-patient exams. Take orthodontic photographs, x-rays, and digital scans as needed. Explain treatment recommendations in an easy-to-understand way. Present treatment fees and payment options clearly and confidently. Help patients complete the steps needed to schedule and begin treatment. Maintain accurate documentation and strong follow-up. Become knowledgeable about orthodontic treatment options, appliances, and the doctor's treatment philosophy. We're Looking for Someone Who Quickly builds rapport with adults, teens, and children. Is an excellent communicator and listener. Is comfortable discussing money and financial arrangements. Can confidently ask patients to move forward without making them feel pressured. Has excellent follow-up and organizational skills. Is dependable, positive, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Is comfortable learning technology and practice-management software. Qualifications Dental or orthodontic experience strongly preferred. Treatment Coordinator or orthodontic assisting experience is a plus. Ability to perform dental x-rays as required by Nevada regulations, or willingness to obtain appropriate certification. Strong computer and communication skills.
