Riar Dental Arts is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our quality based private practice. We are an established, thriving dental practice in Bakersfield and looking to add the right member to our team. We are highly patient based and pride ourselves on spending sufficient time with each patient. To thrive in our patient focused office one is expected to greet patients, assist in the step up and clean up of treatment rooms, and aid in the delivery of dental treatment all while maintaining a sterile, neat, and supportive environment. The right person must be 100% comfortable with the fabrication of temporary crowns, coronal polishing, and the delivery of oral hygiene instructions. Additionally, one will have the opportunity to grow their skill set as additional services are added to the practice. Our office utilizes digital x-rays, chart notes, and scheduling systems; therefore, computer skills are essential to success. Additionally, we require one to be punctual, focused, and enthusiastic for the challenges presented by each day. The position is AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.
