Clove Dental is looking for an experienced and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our Encino team full-time. We’re looking for someone who is confident chairside, organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, communicates well with both patients and the clinical team, and can work independently when needed. Candidates must have Monday–Friday availability and be available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month . Compensation Higher compensation may be considered for highly qualified candidates Competitive pay Monthly bonus opportunities Opportunities to pick up additional shifts across Clove Dental offices based on performance and availability Benefits 6 paid holidays per year PTO / sick leave accrued based on hours worked Employee dental benefits / discounts Free parking On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Support for eligible certifications and licenses based on performance Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Prepare treatment rooms and patients Take diagnostic X-rays Take impressions and perform permitted RDA duties Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols Keep operatories clean and organized Monitor supplies and lab cases Complete daily, weekly, and monthly logs Provide clear post-operative instructions Maintain accurate clinical documentation Support efficient patient flow Perform additional clinical and office duties as assigned Qualifications Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience Current California X-Ray Certification Current 8-Hour Infection Control Certification Current CPR/BLS Hepatitis B documentation as required Strong chairside assisting skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Strong communication skills Experience with Open Dental or similar software preferred Must be available for at least 2 Saturdays per month To Apply Please submit your updated resume along with a short note about why you’re interested in joining the Clove Dental team.
