We are a growing General and Cosmetic Dental Practice seeking a Bilingual Dental Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our team. While previous dental assisting experience is welcome, we place a higher value on attitude, work ethic, coachability, and patient care than on years of experience. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked Support an exceptional patient experience Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish Work closely with the dentist and team to maintain an efficient workflow Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish Dental Assistant certification Current X-ray/Radiography Certification Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team environment Schedule Tuesday through Friday Approximately 33 hours per week No weekends Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on qualifications and fit Opportunities for growth and advancement 401k About You You are dependable, organized, patient-focused, and eager to learn.
