What You'll Do As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist and clinical team in providing exceptional pediatric dental care while helping create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient. Your responsibilities will include: Assist the dentist during dental procedures and exams Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with state regulations Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Preferred Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in accordance with state requirements Previous dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols Experience working in a pediatric dental environment is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills What Makes You Successful: You are dependable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
