Responsibilities include: Confidently provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Prepare patients and treatment rooms Take high-quality digital X-rays Set up and break down operatories efficiently Follow proper sterilization and infection-control protocols Maintain fully stocked and organized treatment rooms Keep the clinical schedule moving efficiently Accurately document clinical and treatment information Provide patients with treatment and post-operative instructions Anticipate the doctor’s needs during procedures Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and team members Support the clinical team wherever needed Who We’re Looking For We’re not simply looking to fill a position.
