Twice Pediatric Dentistry | Brentwood & Antioch, TN Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | Immediate Opening Twice Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a dentist to join our team! We are a small, privately owned pediatric dental practice with locations in Brentwood and Antioch. Our practice is owned by Dr. Tiffany Rangel, who continues to actively practice and work alongside our doctors and team each week. As our practice continues to grow, we're hoping to find another doctor who genuinely enjoys working with children, connects well with families, and is looking for a practice where they can feel comfortable, supported, and part of the team. A Little About the Position Our doctors provide comprehensive care to our patients, including: Preventive and restorative dentistry Diagnosis and treatment planning Crowns, extractions, space maintainers, and other procedures Emergency dental care Behavior management Nitrous oxide and sedation cases when appropriate Talking with parents about treatment options and recommendations Working closely with our RDAs, EFDAs, Hygienist, and other doctors We want our doctors to feel comfortable using their own clinical judgment and developing their own style as a provider. At the same time, you'll have other doctors around to talk through cases with, ask questions, or get another opinion when needed. New Graduates Are Welcome If you're coming straight out of residency, we know transitioning into private practice can feel like a big change. We don't expect you to have everything figured out on day one. We'll spend time training and supporting you as you get comfortable with our office, patients, treatment planning, behavior management, sedation, documentation, and everyday workflows. Dr. Rangel is still actively practicing in the office, so you'll have the opportunity to work alongside her and our other doctors as you settle in and build confidence.
