New associates will initially rotate between our Smyrna and Lenox Village offices for training and support, with a long-term home base at Lenox Village. We intentionally leave room in the schedule for same-day treatment, emergencies, and patients ready to start. Real Clinical Variety You will not be limited to basic fillings and hygiene exams. Our doctors routinely diagnose and treat: Extractions (CBCT in each office) Endodontics (all, including molars) Invisalign (latest iTero Lumina in each office) Implants (BioHorizons surgical kit in each office) Full-mouth rehab / larger treatment plans Cosmetic cases If you enjoy comprehensive dentistry and want to grow your skills, this is the type of office where you can do that. Supportive Training & Mentorship You will train alongside another doctor for the first 30–60 days before transitioning to more independence. We are not a corporate office run by non-clinicians. Our practices are led by doctors who are still actively practicing and understand what it is like to be in your shoes. You will have support when needed, but also the freedom to practice without being micromanaged. Great Team Support Each office has: 7 operatories 1–1.5 hygienists 3–4 assistants per doctor 2 front desk team members We believe the vibe and confidence of the doctor sets the tone for the entire office. Doctors who do best here are clinically strong, confident in treatment planning, and able to help patients move forward with Phase 1 care, disease control, and same-day treatment when appropriate.
