Orthodontic Assistant - Full Smile Management - Boerne, TX

We're seeking a dedicated Part-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join San Antonio Orthodontics in Potranco! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic and is passionate about creating positive, confidence-building experiences for patients of all ages. Our Orthodontic Assistants play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Daily responsibilities include: Providing gentle, thorough patient care chairside during orthodontic procedures Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients and families Assisting with appointments, intake paperwork, patient records, and sterilization Supporting providers and teammates to ensure an efficient, smooth clinic flow Maintaining high standards of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail Travel amongst clinics to support organizational needs Your role helps create a welcoming, confidence-building experience that patients remember long after their treatment is complete. Part-Time | Wednesday (Boerne), Friday (Boerne), and Saturday (New Braunfels) | 8:00AM - 5:00PM Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Active RDA license Current CPR certification Ability to travel amongst clinics according to organizational needs Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience in Orthodontics is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and families Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Adaptability, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused mindset Why Full Smile?
