Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and career-minded Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our close-knit team. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional chairside assistance to the dental team across various procedures and treatment plans. Clearly and thoroughly present treatment plans to patients, answering questions compassionately. Maintain rigorous standards of patient care, operatory cleanliness, and overall operational efficiency. Ensure full compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all Texas State Board regulatory guidelines. Requirements: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Certificate from the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Active CPR Certification. Minimum of 2 years of consistent, hands-on experience in a private practice setting (steady job history preferred). Bilingual proficiency: Highly fluent in both English and Spanish to best serve our diverse patient community. A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive, growth-focused approach to learning. Preferred Qualifications (Plus but not required): Experience navigating Open Dental software. Background or familiarity with orthodontics (ortho). Familiarity or experience utilizing CEREC CAD-CAM technology. Work Schedule: Enjoy a predictable schedule with a built-in day off every single week! Monday: 7:50 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:50 AM – 4:00 PM Saturdays: 2–3 Saturdays per month (7:50 AM – 3:30 PM) Closed: Every Thursday and Sunday Total Hours: 37–41 hours per week Compensation & Benefits: Pay Range: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour (Starting pay is highly competitive and determined based on your unique skill set, clinical knowledge, and technology proficiencies).
