Learn more about us at: COVERAGE AREAS This position supports the following locations: (Based Out Of Houston) Corpus, San Antonio , Dallas, Victoria, Rockdale, Splendora, Grangerland, Huffman, Jasper, Beaumont, Liberty SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY Days per Month: 15–19 days to support all locations Daily Schedule: Start Time: 6:30 AM End Time: Until last patient is seen and discharged Flexibility: Required for multi-location travel and varying patient flow This role requires strong adaptability, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining consistent, high-quality pediatric care across all offices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide chairside assistance to the provider during pediatric dental procedures Perform sterilization and infection control protocols Pack, unpack, and organize clinical supplies for each location Set up operatories in each office to ensure readiness for patient care Monitor sedated pediatric patients and support safe recovery protocols Assist with and instruct/train office assistants to ensure smooth clinical flow Track lab cases and ensure timely follow-up and completion Order and manage clinical supplies as needed Maintain accurate sedation records, including documentation of medications dispensed Support efficient patient flow and a positive experience for children and parents Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure seamless multi-location operations WHY JOIN SMILEPOINT DENTAL GROUP?
