We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable Records & Sterilization Technician to join our team, the SmileOntourage ! This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the dental or orthodontic field who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being an important part of a clinical team. What You’ll Do Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable during their visit Take diagnostic orthodontic records, including photographs, digital scans, and X-rays Maintain accurate patient records and properly organize clinical images Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control standards Keep sterilization areas clean, organized, and running efficiently Prepare instruments and supplies for the clinical team Clean and turn over treatment areas between patients Help keep the clinic organized, efficient, and on schedule Support the SmileOntourage wherever needed What We’re Looking For Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable learning new technology and equipment Excellent communication and people skills Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Willingness to jump in and help without always being asked Positive attitude and genuine interest in working with patients Ability to follow sterilization, safety, and infection-control protocols Why SmileOn?
