What You'll Do As an Orthodontic Assistant, youâll work alongside our Orthodontist and clinical team to make sure every patient receives excellent care and leaves feeling better than when they arrived. Youâll help us by: Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for Assisting with placing and removing orthodontic appliances under the supervision of the Orthodontist Reviewing patient charts and accurately documenting patient information and doctor notes Assisting with laboratory procedures Reviewing our remote monitoring dashboard, patient scans, messages, and notifications Educating patients and families about orthodontic care and remote monitoring Preparing treatment areas and equipment for each patient Following sterilization and infection-control procedures Jumping in to support your teammates and helping the day run smoothly Creating the kind of experience that makes patients excited to come back and see us!
