What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Digital Workflows: Capture high-quality digital X-rays, 3D cone beam imagery (CBCT), and utilize intraoral scanners (Shining Aoralscan, iTero) for digital impressions. Chairside Assisting: Provide excellent four-handed chairside assistance during a variety of comprehensive dental procedures. Patient Care: Guide patients through their appointments, charting history directly into our digital software and maintaining a warm, reassuring environment. Sterilization & Safety: Manage sterilization tracking systems and prepare modern treatment rooms efficiently. Lab Communication: Coordinate seamlessly with digital labs for faster crown and appliance turnaround times. What We’re Looking For (Requirements) Active License: Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in Texas. Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable using, navigating, and troubleshooting dental software, tablets, and advanced digital imaging systems. Experience: 1+ years Dentrix experience is required Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a friendly demeanor, and a strong sense of teamwork.
