What You’ll Be Doing:

• Being the face and voice of the practice — first impressions start with you!
• Managing phones, scheduling, and online requests with warmth and precision.
• Helping build and refine front office systems as we grow.
• Collaborating with clinical and doctor teams to create a seamless, elevated patient experience
• Jumping in wherever needed — because that’s what a startup takes!
