Pay: $25–$29 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an assistant who enjoys working in a specialty practice, values teamwork, and takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience.

Endodontic experience is a plus but is not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who has a strong dental assisting background and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures and maintain an efficient clinical workflow.

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are properly set up for procedures.

• Take high-quality digital dental radiographs.

• Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control protocols.

• Provide a welcoming and reassuring experience for patients before, during, and after treatment.

• Review post-operative instructions with patients.

• Maintain organized and well-stocked treatment rooms and monitor clinical inventory.

• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control requirements.

• Work closely with the doctor and front office team to maintain efficient patient flow and provide excellent patient care.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.

• Dental radiography/X-ray certification required.

• Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred.

• Endodontic or specialty dental experience is a plus but not required.

• CPR certification preferred.

• Strong understanding of dental terminology, clinical procedures, sterilization, and infection control.

• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

• Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

• Must be able to commute reliably to Brentwood (Los Angeles, CA 90049).
