We are hiring! Our dynamic dental practice in Orange County is seeking a skilled, positive, and versatile Dental Assistant to join our team.

Job Overview

Location: Orange County, CA
Hours: 26–32 hours per week (Based on patient flow)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday

Daily Shift Schedule

Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Flexible hours available!)
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Flexible hours available!)

Core Responsibilities

Back Office (Primary): Provide excellent chairside assistance, prepare treatment rooms, and support the dentist during procedures.
Sterilization: Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols without exception.
Front Office Training: Learn to support the front desk by answering phones, checking in patients, and scheduling.
Patient Care: Greet patients warmly, answer their questions, and make them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
