Bilingual Dental Assistant (Spanish) | Full-Time | Private Practice | Phoenix

We're a doctor-led private practice in Phoenix that's growing and building something special. We're looking for a Dental Assistant who shows up on time, works well with others, is eager to learn, and wants to make a real difference for our patients and our team.

This is not a corporate environment. We focus on quality dentistry, great patient care, and doing the small things right.

Schedule
Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Four days a week, which means a three-day weekend every week.

What you'll do

• Chairside assist across a variety of procedures (surgery experience is a plus)
• Take and process radiographs
• Handle setup, room turnover, and sterilization
• Keep operatories and supplies stocked and organized
• Communicate clearly with the doctor, front office, and clinical team
• Help create an excellent patient experience from start to finish

What we're looking for

• Arizona Dental Radiography certification required
• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience required
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Reliable and on time, every day
• Works well with others and brings a positive attitude to the team
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and always looking to grow
• Wants to make a real difference in patients' lives
• Strong chairside skills and excellent patient communication in English and Spanish
• Organized, dependable, and proactive

Bonus points

• Surgery and implant assisting
• CAD/CAM and same-day dentistry workflows

Compensation
$24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
