My Dental Implants is a growing general and implant practice known for life-changing full-arch and implant dentistry. We're busy, patient-focused, and have a team that genuinely supports each other. We're looking for a treatment coordinator who wants to grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Present treatment plans and financial options to patients with clarity and confidence
• Guide patients from consultation to scheduled treatment, including high-value implant and full-arch cases
• Follow up on pending and unscheduled treatment
• Coordinate financing, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements
• Partner with the doctors and clinical team so any treatment plan changes are communicated and reflected accurately
• Support the front office with scheduling, check-in, and check-out as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of dental treatment coordinator or treatment planning experience (implant or full-arch experience is a strong plus)
• Comfort discussing large treatment investments and patient financing (CareCredit, Cherry, Proceed, etc.)
• Working knowledge of dental insurance
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence
• Coachable and team-oriented; you take direction well and follow established systems
• [Practice management software] experience preferred
