Modern dental facility hiring Dental Assistant in Manhattan, NY

We are looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our collaborative team.

We are not a high-volume corporate office. We are a modern, boutique cosmetic and restorative dental practice on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan where patient relationships, advanced technology, continuing education, and clinical excellence come first. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with us, enjoys learning new skills, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do

This is a dynamic position with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Chairside assisting for cosmetic, restorative, Invisalign, and comprehensive dental procedures
• Sterilization and operatory preparation
• Inventory management and ordering supplies
• Digital scanning and clinical workflow support
• Dental photography (we will provide training)
• Assisting with patient education and creating an outstanding patient experience
• Participating in team meetings and continuing education programs
• Cross-training in additional areas of the practice as your skills develop

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of dental assisting experience preferred (we are happy to train the right candidate)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
• A genuine passion for helping people
