Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Dr. Edwards Dentistry – Lacey, WA Part-Time | 31 hours per week | $25–$30/hour DOE At Dr. Edwards Dentistry, we are a private dental practice located near Panorama in Lacey. Our mission is to provide our patients with quality, compassionate dental care while creating a positive, supportive environment for our team. We are looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is caring, dependable, patient-focused, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. What We’re Looking For Current Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to help wherever needed to support the team Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care Experience with OpenDental is a plus, but not required What You’ll Do Provide chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and assist with maintaining an efficient daily schedule Help maintain and order dental supplies Work closely with the dentist and team to keep the day running smoothly Help create a welcoming and comfortable experience for our patients Follow office protocols for infection control, sterilization, and patient safety Schedule Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch Friday: 7:45 AM–1:00 PM 31 hours per week Compensation & Benefits $25–$30/hour, depending on experience Paid holidays Employee and family dental treatment discount 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Why Join Our Team?
