The Details: Schedule: 7:45AM- 5:00PM Monday Tuesday Thursday (27.75 hours total) Perks: 1-hour PAID lunch and year-end bonus opportunities Culture: Casual dress, kind leadership, and a supportive team Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist chairside during patient examinations and orthodontic procedures Place and remove orthodontic brackets, bands, wires, and other appliances under doctor supervision Take and process dental X-rays, photographs, and impressions/digital scans Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment progress Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area Update and maintain accurate patient records and treatment charts Requirements: Prior orthodontic assisting is desired Dental Assistant Certification is required Familiarity with orthodontic procedures, terminology, and equipment Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-friendly chairside manner Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
