This is a permanent Monday through Thursday position with a consistent four-day workweek. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit dental team, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing an excellent experience for every patient. Schedule: MondayâThursday Hours: 7:30 AMâ4:30 PM Position: Permanent, Full-Time Pay: Highly competitive, based on experience Location: 902 W. 14th Avenue, Spokane, WA 99204 What You'll Do As our Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the dentist, maintaining an efficient clinical workflow, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their appointments. Responsibilities may include: Assisting the dentist during clinical procedures Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms Sterilizing and processing instruments Taking dental X-rays as permitted Preparing materials and instruments for procedures Maintaining infection-control and safety standards Supporting efficient patient flow throughout the day Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Providing a warm and professional experience for patients Helping with additional clinical responsibilities within your scope of practice We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Licensed dental assistant (we are open to train) Dependable, punctual, and organized Friendly, professional, and patient-focused Confident assisting with a variety of dental procedures Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment Able to anticipate the dentist's needs and stay one step ahead A strong communicator and team player Detail-oriented and committed to excellent patient care Interested in finding a dental office where they can grow and stay long term Why Join Our Practice?
