$24–$30/hour starting pay + production bonus | 4-day workweek | No Fridays We are looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our team in a patient-focused practice specializing in implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and complex restorative care . What You'll Be Doing You'll work closely with the doctor throughout a variety of procedures, including: Implant surgery and related procedures Cosmetic dentistry Crown and bridge procedures Complex restorative cases Digital impressions and modern dental technology Clinical photography Treatment preparation and organization Patient education and post-operative care Because of the type of dentistry we provide, this isn't a position where you'll simply be setting up rooms and passing instruments. We're looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of the clinical team, understands the importance of anticipating the doctor's needs, and takes pride in helping complex procedures run smoothly. Schedule We offer a flexible four-day workweek with no Fridays : Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM Friday: Closed There is some flexibility within these hours for the right candidate.
