Your Schedule Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM No Fridays. No evenings. A consistent 4-day schedule with a team that values both excellent patient care and a healthy work-life balance. Compensation $22–$27/hour, based on experience We are open to newer assistants who have a solid foundation and are eager to learn, as well as experienced assistants who can confidently step into the role. What You'll Be Doing As a Dental Assistant at High Point Dentistry, you'll play an important role in both patient care and the day-to-day flow of the practice. Your responsibilities will include: Providing excellent chairside assistance Preparing operatories and assisting with efficient patient flow Taking digital scans Reviewing pre- and post-operative instructions with patients Sterilization and maintaining our high standards for infection control Keeping operatories stocked, organized, and prepared Supporting the doctor during comprehensive restorative and other clinical procedures Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit Working collaboratively with the entire team to provide an exceptional patient experience The Person We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Kind.
