We take pride in maintaining efficient clinical systems, utilizing modern technology, and fostering a supportive workplace where every team member is valued. â Position Overview âWe are seeking a skilled, reliable, and proactive Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong chairside skills, an ability to anticipate doctor needs, and a warm demeanor that helps patients feel comfortable and well cared for. â Key Responsibilities âProvide efficient, four-handed chairside dentistry for general procedures (restorative, crowns, endo, oral surgery). âPrepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and strictly maintain infection control protocols. âTake high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral impressions/scans. âMaintain clear clinical notes and enter accurate treatment data into practice software. âCommunicate effectively with patients regarding post-operative care and treatment plans. âFabricate temporary crowns, nightguards, models, etc. â Requirements (Mandatory) â Minimum 1â2 years of hands-on chairside dental assisting experience required. (Candidates without previous clinical assisting experience will not be considered.) âCurrent CPR / BLS Certification. âActive X-ray Certification (or state-equivalent qualification). âStrong understanding of dental terminology, tray setups, and clinical materials. âExcellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities Note: we use Dentrix - familiarity is preferred but not required.
