Location: Burnsville & Inver Grove Heights, MN Job type: Full-time | Monday–Friday, day shift About the Role Revive Periodontics and Implants is a fast-growing specialty practice serving the south metro. Our patients come to us for care that changes their oral health and their confidence, and their experience starts with the first phone call. As our Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the warm, confident voice and face that welcomes them, and the person who keeps our schedule full and running smoothly. You'll also enjoy a schedule rarely found in dentistry: done by 3 PM, Mondays end at noon, and no evenings or weekends. What You'll Do Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments across provider calendars at both locations Own the schedule: work the waitlist and recall lists to fill cancellations and openings in real time Catch scheduling errors before they become day-of problems Adjust quickly when surgery-day changes happen, keeping patients and the team informed Answer calls warmly and route them correctly the first time Greet patients, verify insurance and demographic information, and complete check-in Check patients out and collect balances due Suggest improvements to scheduling templates and front-office workflows What You Bring 2+ years in a dental or healthcare front desk or scheduling role (required) A confident, warm phone presence and strong written communication The ability to move between phones, check-in, and checkout without losing track An ownership mindset and willingness to speak up with ideas Basic comfort with payment processing Open Dental, Weave, dental insurance, specialty practice, or treatment presentation experience is a plus but not required Schedule Monday: 6:45 AM – 12:00 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM Friday: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM Pay & Benefits $25–30/hour, based on experience Discretionary quarterly profit sharing Health insurance and 401(k) PTO/sick leave and paid holidays In-house dental benefits Continuing education 2-week onboarding program and ongoing coaching Our Values: Team First, Respect, and Always YES.
