This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic operations, accurate insurance claim processing, and providing exceptional patient service. Duties Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility Process dental insurance claims accurately Manage accounts receivable through dental collection procedures Assist patients with insurance questions, billing inquiries, and payment options to enhance patient satisfaction. Perform front desk duties including greeting patients, scheduling appointments using dental office management software, and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette. Conduct insurance verification and pre-authorizations for procedures while coordinating with healthcare providers to facilitate care plans.
