Pediatric Dental Assistant / RDA – Private Pediatric Dental Practice We are a growing pediatric dental practice looking for a caring, dependable, punctual, and motivated team member who enjoys working with children and is willing to learn and grow with our practice. The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, a team player, and has a friendly personality with excellent customer service skills . Making our little patients feel comfortable and welcome is a very important part of our practice! Responsibilities include: Prophylaxis Taking dental X-rays Sealants and SDF, depending on experience and abilities Charting Chairside assisting Sterilization Maintaining office cleanliness and organization General dental office duties Providing a positive and welcoming experience for our patients and families Qualifications: Dental assisting experience required Pediatric dental experience is a plus RDA applicants are welcome Spanish-speaking is desirable Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Excellent references required Background check required Pay: Negotiable for RDA applicants; compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
