About the Position We are looking for a warm, friendly, and dependable Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our small, patient-focused dental practice. This is an important role in our office. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, communicates well, and wants to help create an exceptional experience for every patient. Dental front-office experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Personality, reliability, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us as experience. What We're Looking For Required: A warm, friendly, and welcoming personality Comfortable talking with people both in person and over the phone Excellent communication and customer-service skills Reliable and punctual Organized and attentive to detail Comfortable learning new systems and responsibilities A positive, team-oriented attitude Preferred, but not required: 1+ year of front-office experience in a dental practice Experience verifying dental insurance benefits Experience reviewing treatment plans and discussing costs with patients Experience with Eaglesoft or another dental practice-management system Why Irvine Dentistry? We're a small, established private dental practice that believes dentistry should be personal. Unlike many high-volume dental offices, our patients spend more time directly with their dentist. The dentist performs cleanings as well as exams, allowing her to get to know her patients and provide consistent, individualized care. We want our front office to reflect that same philosophy. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting to know patients, making people feel comfortable, and being part of a practice where relationships matter. Schedule, Compensation & Benefits Full-time or part-time positions available Office hours are MondayâFriday, 9:00 AMâ6:00 PM $22â$25 per hour , depending on experience $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment Dental cleanings and treatment provided through the practice Paid sick leave in accordance with California requirements Training and opportunity to cross-train as a dental assistant If you're friendly, dependable, enjoy working with people, and would like to grow with a small dental practice where patients are treated like people rather than numbers, we'd love to hear from you.
