Dr. Sandoval Dental Office is a family-oriented dental practice in Rialto looking for a reliable, motivated, and caring Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, takes pride in keeping the clinical area organized, and works well as part of a team. We value professionalism, dependability, good communication, and a positive attitude. What You'll Do Assist the dentist with general, restorative, endodontic, surgical, and implant procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures. Take quality digital dental X-rays. Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control procedures. Keep operatories clean, organized, stocked, and ready for patients. Assist with crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, implants, impressions, and other procedures. Provide patients with instructions as directed by the dentist. Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Monitor dental supplies and notify the appropriate team member when items need to be reordered. Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and office safety protocols. Support the dental team in keeping the daily schedule running efficiently and on time. We're Looking for Someone Who Is Dependable and punctual. Friendly, professional, and patient-focused. Interested in learning and growing professionally. Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures. Experience with digital X-rays preferred. Knowledge of sterilization and infection-control procedures. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred. California certifications/licenses required for any expanded duties performed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Compensation Starting pay: TBD Compensation may be reviewed based on experience, qualifications, certifications, performance, and responsibilities.
