Experienced Bilingual Dental Assistant (Spanish Required) West LA Implants is looking for an experienced, patient-centered, enthusiastic Bilingual Dental Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. Our practice specializes in dental implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, oral surgery, and advanced restorative dentistry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills while working alongside an experienced surgical team. What You'll Do Prepare patients for treatment and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit. Assist the doctor with restorative, implant, and oral surgery procedures using four-handed dentistry. Take digital radiographs (X-ray certification required). Operate and assist with digital scanners and CBCT imaging (experience preferred). Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant infection control standards. Turn over and thoroughly disinfect operatories after each patient. Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients in both English and Spanish. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked. Work closely with the doctor and team to provide an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (highly preferred). Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred. Experience assisting with restorative and oral surgery procedures is required. Implant dentistry experience preferred but not required. Experience with digital scanning and CBCT imaging is a plus. Current California Dental Assistant certification. Current X-ray certification (Required). RDA certification is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
