Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Part-Time (Mondays & Tuesdays) Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour Are you a friendly, motivated dental assistant who loves connecting with patients and being part of a team that truly cares? Our fun, welcoming dental office is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join us four days a week (Mondays-Thursdays)! We're a comprehensive care practice that values both quality dentistry and an exceptional patient experience. From routine fillings to advanced cosmetic and surgical procedures and sedation, our goal is to make every visit comfortable, educational, and even enjoyable. What You'll Do: Assist chairside for a wide variety of procedures, including fillings, crowns, whitening, clear aligners, surgery, and sedation Explain procedures to patients and walk them through post-op instructions (we'll provide the details and training) Set up and turn over operatories efficiently and with attention to detail Take high-quality radiographs and intraoral photos Support the sterilization process to keep our office running smoothly and safely Work closely with our doctors and team to deliver exceptional patient care What We're Looking For: At least 3 years of dental assisting experience Working knowledge of dental terminology and tooth numbering Current radiology certification and confidence taking quality radiographs Willingness to learn a wide range of procedures, from routine to advanced Comfort talking with and engaging patients, including explaining treatment and aftercare in a clear, reassuring way A positive attitude and strong team spirit Someone who is punctual, proactive, enjoys learning, laughs easily, and takes pride in creating a great patient experience Why You'll Love Working Here: Supportive, upbeat team environment Patients who genuinely appreciate what we do A chance to grow your skills in a comprehensive dental setting Modern technology Benefits: 401k 4% match Up to 20 PTO days per year Full medical insurance Bonus structure averaging $2500+ per year Onsite parking If you're ready to be part of a team that combines professionalism with a fun, friendly atmosphere, we'd love to meet you!
