Diagnose dental conditions using current dental terminology and healthcare diagnosis standards; develop appropriate treatment plans. Utilize dental software such as Opendental for accurate medical documentation and record keeping in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques; ensure sterilization of instruments and adherence to OSHA standards. Communicate effectively with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care; foster a positive patient experience through client communication skills. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to improve efficiency and patient comfort. Keep up-to-date with medical imaging techniques and anatomy knowledge to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning. Document all procedures thoroughly within electronic health records; ensure compliance with medical documentation standards. Experience Proven experience in general dentistry within a busy dental clinic or office setting. Familiarity with practice management software such as Opendental is highly preferred. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws related to patient privacy and medical records management. Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and medical imaging procedures essential for safe practice. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex diagnoses using clear dental terminology. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism. Korean-speaking applicants preferred.
