Full-Time Records & Sterilization Technician Mountain View Orthodontics – Longmont & Berthoud, Colorado Mountain View Orthodontics is looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Records & Sterilization Technician to join our growing orthodontic team. This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things organized, and wants to become part of a professional and supportive healthcare team. Previous orthodontic experience is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right person. What You’ll Do As our Records & Sterilization Technician, you will play an important role in keeping our clinical team running efficiently and providing our patients with an excellent experience. Responsibilities include: Taking patient photographs and digital orthodontic records Preparing and organizing records for the clinical team Sterilizing and processing orthodontic instruments Maintaining sterilization areas and following infection-control protocols Setting up and breaking down clinical areas as needed Maintaining inventory and supplies related to sterilization and records Helping keep the clinical environment clean, organized, and efficient Assisting the orthodontic team with additional clinical support as training progresses Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly and comfortable interacting with children, teenagers, and adults Extremely reliable and punctual Organized and attentive to detail Able to follow established systems and protocols Comfortable learning new technology Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A positive team player who is willing to help wherever needed Interested in learning and growing within an orthodontic practice Dental, orthodontic, medical, or sterilization experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important to us than previous experience.
