We are a partnership of 2 dentists looking to add an associate with possible future partnership. Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures. Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical history, diagnosing dental conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans aligned with healthcare diagnosis standards. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients. Operate dental software systems such as Dentrix. Maintain strict infection control protocols. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during treatments. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment plans, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental health. Document all procedures meticulously in medical records while adhering to legal standards for medical documentation. Assist with dental fabrication processes such as crowns or bridges when necessary. Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technology to continually improve patient care quality. Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry with eligibility for licensure if applicable. Proven experience in general dentistry. Familiarity with dental Dentrix software. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws related to patient privacy and medical records management. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their oral health needs. Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice environments. Ability to perform dental procedures confidently.
