What Youâll Do As a Dental Assistant, youâll play a hands-on role in creating a smooth, supportive, and comfortable patient experience. Youâll: Assist the doctor chairside with a variety of procedures while keeping patients calm and informed. Prepare and set up treatment rooms and trays with precision and care. Ensure sterilization protocols are followed to the highest standard. Take digital x-rays and impressions. Document treatment accurately in Open Dental and support charting. Help guide patients through their visit with empathy, encouragement, and clear communication. Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to deliver exceptional care every step of the way. Who You Are Relationship-Driven - You help patients feel safe, respected, and cared for Knowledgeable (or eager to learn!) â You have dental assisting experience or the motivation to grow quickly. Responsive - You anticipate the patient, and doctor needs to keep the day running smoothly.
