Comprehensive training will be provided in clinical assisting, infection control, operatory setup/breakdown, and practice management software. Willingness to Learn: Motivated to develop strong clinical skills and become proficient in specialized endodontic assisting. Patient-Focused : Warm, empathetic, professional, and able to help anxious patients feel comfortable and cared for. Dependable and Organized: Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to follow established clinical protocols. Long-Term Interest : Interested in growing with the practice and developing lasting expertise in dental assisting. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Schedule: Part-time, approximately 3 days per week, in-person.
