Job Description We are a boutique pediatric dental practice start-up in search of a part-time dental assistant. The ideal schedule is Monday and Wednesday afternoons, with the potential for additional hours as our practice continues to grow. The ideal candidate loves working with children and is aligned with our goal of providing compassionate, high-quality dental care in a welcoming environment. Our team is passionate about creating positive dental experiences for children and their families. Responsibilities Assist the pediatric dentist during exams and procedures Set up and sterilize instruments and treatment areas Take digital x-rays Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-op care Maintain accurate patient records Help children feel comfortable and safe during visits Qualifications The ideal candidate must be well-organized and able to multi-task. They must be energetic, outgoing, and fun! Looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is flexible, reliable, and team oriented. Dental Assistant certification + CPR certification required. Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred.
